Shipping Policy
I’m thrilled to send you my artwork! It means a lot to me that you’re choosing to bring my art into your home. As an art enthusiast myself, I believe that art can truly enhance your living space.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days. During the holiday season, shipping times may extend to 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping times are determined by the carrier. If there are delays or issues with your package, I apologize on behalf of the shipping service. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me at colourspellz@gmail.com within 48 hours to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If you receive a damaged item, contact me at colourspellz@gmail.com. I’ll be happy to replace it. Please send a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement.
Please note that I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that may be charged by your local government upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
For a quicker resolution, return the item you have and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
